There was little time to spare to develop a new brand look given the short turn-time before the first open house event. We were asked to develop a new logo that is different than most builder logos. Then to establish an entire portfolio of marketing and promotional materials that could be branded by real estate partners.
Initially, the client bought a pre-designed logo, but they knew it wasn’t the quality they sought, nor a representation of their values and image. They wanted to appear professional, friendly, family-forward yet bold. They also wanted something the represents the American dream as it relates to home ownership. It was EQ’s job to translate these ideas into a full-blown brand identity. From there we were also asked to manage the entire promotion for the upcoming events.
We conducted a comprehensive needs analysis which is part of the MEQ Marketing Process Funnel, then we utilized our three step branding process with multiple client interviews. The client was elated with the first design element, the logo. From there were able to build all the elements of the brand required to develop marketing and event materials.
