Clark County Building Safety enlisted the services of Marketing EQ to help with two major sponsorship opportunities for a national convention. The fact that we chose our levels of involvement late, put considerable pressure on the team to perform and also with the desire to over-achieve in the national spotlight added challenge to the quality expectations. Marketing EQ came through with production as though they were a large marketing firm, but the attention to service was that of an individualized consulting firm.
The horizontal and vertical complexity of our messages made our contract a challenge in my opinion. I and my staff were busy with several projects in addition to the conference and made us what I would describe as challenging clients to pin down. EQ took the time to engage us, get up to speed, and understand our needs and expectations and transfer them into reality. Our events were great and the materials, technology, and support were spot on. I would recommend EQ without hesitation or qualification.
