Marketing/Sales Assistant

Starting Salary: $22.38- 24.00 per hour w/bonus opportunities

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing/Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our marketing and sales efforts, focusing on improving customer engagement and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate is outgoing, possesses impeccable communication skills, and has a passion for seeing companies excel with their marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities

General 

  • Support current company marketing, sales, and advertising initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client or prospective client inquiries and resolving issuesm promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and customer interactions in our communication system
  • Write and manage case studies
  • Publish various content on company and client websites

Promotions

  • Develop and manage promotional activities for company growth
  • Participate in networking opportunities
  • Manage purchases and fulfillment for branded gear

Marketing Development

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services
  • Create sales and marketing reports
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Publish content on various platforms

Sales 

  • Support the team by preparing sales materials and presentations
  • Send sales and thank you letters, email, and initiate follow-up to inquiries
  • Identify and promote market research, trends, and sales impacts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing environment
• Entry-level proficiency in Adobe,  WordPress, Canva, Basecamp, etc.
• Strong understanding of brand and image projection techniques
• Demonstrated creative or content skills with an eye for detail
(Must have a passion for details)
• Impeccable communication skills – written and verbal
• Knowledge of brand maintenance and enhancement
• Willingness to be trained by Management
• Exceptional time management skills in deadline-driven environments
