A Sold Out Development
In 2019, a successful real estate entrepreneur was ready to launch his new real estate development and home-building business and needed professional marketing. He hired MEQ to develop a new brand, subsequent marketing materials, and a website. In addition, we were asked to plan the entire event for their first planned community. MEQ had 30 days to create all assets including printed materials, large directional signage, email, and print templates for marketing partners, a video, and even a radio campaign. The campaign and event were a total success and all lots and homes were quickly sold. The brand communicated the right message to the right people at the right time.
New Developments: A Turn-Key Marketing Package
Quickly, new developments emerged, and they needed a more sustainable way to present their inventory, as events were time-consuming and expensive. We proposed a folder with “sell sheets” featuring the unique characteristics of each home, development, local amenities, entertainment and access to outdoor activities (7 developments within various cities). The tools featured the unique and divers options that appealed to any type of client. Once again, the client sold out all inventory, and new developments ensued. The client continues to trust our expertise to promote new developments throughout SW Washington. .
