Turn-key marketing services – a solid foundation

In 2019, a successful real estate entrepreneur was ready to launch his new real estate development and home-building business and needed professional marketing. They hired MEQ to develop a new brand, and then run an event for a home tour in their first real estate development. MEQ had 30 days to create all assets including printed materials, signage, food vendors for the event, email and print templates for marketing partners, a video, and a radio campaign.

Hurrah! The event drew the right people and the development sold out of all available lots!

Quickly, new developments emerged, and NWHBG asked for marketing materials to promote all the developments. Marketing EQ developed a strategy featuring the unique characteristics of each home, development, and city (7 developments within various cities). The strategy behind the sell sheets and map was to present a variety of home and living options based on needs and lifestyles – NWHBG offered developments and houses for for every lifestyle and need!

In addition, the client requested a website conversion for this business which is now used in conjunction with geofencing advertising. Ads run to support the retail side of the business.
