SERVPRO of Portland, Oregon is one of the Franchise’s largest locations in the US. Their teams work hard all across the US to restore homes and businesses following a disaster. The client wanted their marketing materials to work just as hard communicating the value of their services, and simplifying the very complex process of restoration and rebuilding for folks who have endured a traumatic event; the last thing these families needed was more complications to a very difficult experience.

Their marketing manager reached out to us to provide support for the development of collateral materials for four different divisions within their company. They didn’t have internal resources for design, content editing, and photography. In addition, their projects churned because many stakeholders were weighing in on all aspects of the projects, but they couldn’t seem to get them to the finish line. To expedite the process, they decided to hire a professional team.

Before we could build the new sales materials, the company needed new photos, for printed materials and the website. MEQ shot individual headshots, team photos, and one big photo (from a 20-foot ladder) with all employees. We also captured action shots and background images for the printed materials.

As we developed the collateral materials, we were able to suggest content strategies that could provide a clearer and more granular level of flow and detail for the services provided. The client loved the new designs and appreciated our content support for the multi-page print and digital presentation materials.
